What to Expect:
Your Private Airport Transportation to your Hotel or to the Airport is confirmed once the booking is made. We will have a driver with a sign with your name on it at the airport for arrivals and at the Hotel’s lobby for departures. Please contact us once you have arrived to our Whatsapp number or our toll free number and one day before your departure date to confim pick up time at the Hotel’s lobby, and please also give us your room number to complete the driver’s pick up order. There is free wifi inside the airport. This service has different choices pickup / drop off at the Hotels in Dominican Republic, and from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Please make sure you choose the correct area. We offer transportation to the following areas: Bavaro/Punta Cana/ Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana/Bayahibe, Boca Chica, Las Americas International airport .

- Car seats are availabe for $15usd round trip. it is not required by law.
Departure & Return
Departure Point Pickup Details
Once you arrive at the airport contact us for free with whatsapp, so we know that you did, there is free internet access there, we will wait at the airport an hour after the flight’s arrival to hear from you or for you to come out of the airport. if not it will be a no show.
Return Point Pickup Details
Contact us a day before the departure date to confirm the next day’s pick up time, we will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled and confirmed pick up time at the Hotel’s lobby or accommodations. if you are not ready, there is a $10 usd charge for every 10 minutes there after.
What To Expect

Please contact us once you have arrived to let us know that you did, then once you have your luggage and be on your way out, contact us again, so we may contact the driver that will have a sign with your name on it, that will be park 3 minutes away, that will drive to meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport’s exit with the vehicle, for terminal A the cafeteria is call “JetLag “, for terminal B it is call “Mi refugio”. Please be aware that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport. please do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or having just left. Once you have picked up your luggage you may walk straight out of the airport and meet your driver who will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall holding a sign with your name and company’s logo on it.
One day before your departure date contact us to confirm pick up time at the Hotel’s lobby, and please also give us your room number to complete the driver’s pick up order. There is free wifi in most of the hotels, inside the airport, and in most places in the area, installing whatsapp will make it so much easier and free to be in contact with our 24 hours customers service number.
