What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight using the airline and flight number provided with your reservation. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your airport pickup based on the updated arrival time. If your airline changes your flight number or itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your reservation.
